Rule Update: Because of the recent rush to post drivers immediately following qualifying, i see a need (in fairness to all) to make the playing field even. If you look at the time stamps at Martinsville, U of L Cards typed in his driver 5 seconds after Grey Ghost did. The problem is that both teams looked over the available drivers, and at the same time they typed in Newman. Because some of us type slower than others, this would force U of L Cards to take a bye even though he was properly following the rules. Starting at Texas Motor Speedway, i will give teams a 2 minute time frame (using the U of L Cards situation as a example) to pick another driver, to avoid this problem again in fairness to all teams. Prior to the Texas race this rule will be added to the rulebook. I believe fair is fair. Thanks to all!

Okay, not sure if it's too late or I missed too many weeks, but since I never know who qualifies where,until halfway thru or when the race is over, I'll pick now, if it's ok,

I hate to be the bearer of sad  news Heavy Chevy, but 4 out of the last 5 races, you didn't post a driver. I give 4 Byes during the Spring Contest....per rules posted weekly.
If anyone finds that there is a error on my behalf, then
please let me know. My hope is that a mistake is found in either The archives or my own data. UPDATE: I have good news Chuck. Although you did not post a driver in the last 4 out of 5 races, i saw what happened at Las Vegas. After much ado, Four Wide wrote that he had withdrawn from the race because of editing. His driver was Dale Jr.#8. What happened is that when the #8 became available, Sandy Beach posted on your behalf, so that's why i missed your team name. It wasn't there!...lol...OK, you have NO MORE BYES, so please post from here on, to race 18. PS, You must post after qualifying, when i post for the Texas race. So you are unable to pick a driver until then. Thanks HCR

Hey Horseless, First of all I am BAD for not offering this to you earlier, but after seeing this posting, it reminded me that I should of............so first of all SORRY........Bad Tuner!!!!
Now if tell you what I am talking about, would you like a heading on my Forun Boards that you can post all race Stats as they happen to save everyone from trying to go back on this board and find a particular race winner. If you wish to have this set up on my forum board let me know and I can probably have it set up for you by this weekend, and I will do it the same way that Gene's is set up, by that I mean I will have one heading for JUST WEEK TO WEEK race results, and another for a discussion heading in case anyone wishes to make a comment or ask a question to you, or about the game!!!

Thanks for the offer Tuner! I'll gladly take you up on it.
Although i did sign-up for Yahoo when Gene started the game, i just had too many leagues to keep track of, and forgot to play a couple of free leagues. I havn't seen Genes pages, or yours as well. I'm outside more since the weathers been getting better, in our neck of the woods. I need a link to see these stat/spread sheets of both sites. Don't worry about getting it going for me this week, since it's to close to race day anyway, but thanks....we can get it set up anytime after Texas. Send me a e-mail so i can help out with these pages/spread sheets/ or Word Perfect........whatever pages you have available..let me give you a hand with this.

Not a Problem Rick, Grouping and Headings are done, as a starting point I posted the Rules and Rule updade as well, you will notice that those two topics are LOCKED, but the two of us as Moderators, can make changes to them, also Gene has permission as well, just in case I am not around to do so, if you wish to do any changes to those two postings just click on the EDIT button attached to that message. As far as the Board itself goes it is similiar to this board, for posting, give it a try when you have time and guess if and when you do you can post all the past winners to date, let me know anytime you have any questions about working that board or anything else, you know I am always here to help out and make things more enjoyable for all!!!!

Yep I see that Horseless, Good Going, Heavy could use a break or two, these days!!!!
Now Knowing Heavy's situation, he will not be able to post after Qualifying but I am sure Sandy Beach can do a posting for him until his situation gets back to normal in about a month or so, Just to Keep Chuck in the game.......Feel bad for Heavy this year he has not been able to get with the Game, will be glad when his situation is done and over !!!

Can someone contact Sandy, so as to give her a heads up?, because
i hate to see him be unable to, considering all things as well. Hey Tunes, i went on Yahoo, but cannot remember username or password. I havn't been on in months....it seems.. I have so many different passwords for various sites, that when a virus destroyed Windows a few months back, i had it stored in the Notepad. Since then, i store everything such as passwords in my mailbox..

Ok there Horseless, I shot off an E-Mail to Sandy from the link on her profile here I hope she gets it in time, guess we will see when Sunday comes around and if there is a posting from her for your game!!!!
As far as Yahoo goes, I do not have a clue, about how I can assist with the password, Gene might be able to help you out there for his game, If you are having problems logging in to my site let me know by an E-mail and let me know the password you choose and I can update your profile to let you into my site.........

That is what I do I use the same password for all the places I visit, and I can not forget since all I have to do is look south on my body and the password is right there...........LOL!!!!!!!!!
