  You know I will have to admit the conversastions that RIO brought on the forum were definitly alot more interesting, fun and even more intelligent than all this BFG ramble and rumble #@!#. Ounce again I state Fantasy Thunder is not how it used to be. Now its just another racing site. ha ha ha    Give me back my old Thunder. No matter what the the REGULARS will always RULE!!!! |

I am sure you are right D.D.D.D.C.... THUNDER had to be more interesting.what with no forums and all..The interaction beween players and groups had to have been mind blowing..
AS far as rio is concerned.. I believe he is still lurking around and every time he has something interesting to say he posts it...hmmm might have to go back aways on that one..
OF course if you feel a real need for him I can send you some sites that he is still feeling the love from his fellow players..
AS far as THUNDER being "just another racing site" I do know of another site that has some openings with more openings coming up all the time..I CAN on this also send you a WEB address to join up if you think it would be more to your liking..JUST ask ..it will be no problem to help you OUT..
The one thing I can't help you on is giving you back your old THUNDER.. IT has become bigger and better.. and there is no going back
IF it will help in you decision making I can assure you.. THERE ARE more coming..
and the BFG is here to stay..
we clearly have brought the INTIMIDATION FACTOR...ha ha ha

Rio-- more intresting than the "BFG"- -hmmmmm-- You have a right to your opinion-- BUT- I personally do not agree with you. I am sure some of the post you have read, may not be to your liking. Yes, Some folks are longwinded, some post do not make sense, and some are plain Silly, but all in all this forum board has been a pleasure to me.

It was CHANGE
that brought the "BFG" gang to this site.
Fantasy Thunder is not what it used to be-- You are correct!!!
Now, in my last conversation with Dave, He told me that the chat room was fixin to be closed and the forum board was not very active. Is that the old Thunder you miss? Hmmmmmm.....

Though I am not in the official club, if there is one, I am by circumstances a member of the Black Flag Gang. I can tell you one thing..........that group is one fired up bunch that WON'T be satisfied with anything less than the best. At the present, the BFG has felt they have found the best; so DDDDDDDDDDDDC, why not welcome them and enjoy?

On a more serious note.......At first I felt like Rio got railroaded here, when he left, was suspended, or whatever happened!!!!But I have since, for my own curiosity, been on some other sites and saw some of the posts by Rio there and changed my opinion!!I don't do that often I try not to be to conservative, but some of the posts on the other sites are way past what I consider as acceptable!!!I don't even like reading em, and they aren't aimed at me!!!I think Rio could be an asset as opposed to an Ass if he tried!!!? He does have some ideas that are worth talking about and debating!! I also think that what is posted somewhere else, is just that!! Someone should be able to do what is accepable elsewhere and do what is allowed here without a problem!!! Do I think we need to have rules.........Yep, I don't want this board ending up like some of the others I've seen!! I'm having a blast posting, and learning more all the time, but have a hard time figuring out if I'm stepping over that imaginary line at times!! Just wait till I learn how to cut and Paste!!!!
Well.....I'm done, Got that off my chest.........Now I feel better!!opinion.........A conclusion held with confidence, but falling short of positive knowledge!!

I asked a simple ? and he never responded.Instead he tried to rake my fellow players with inurt accuzatoins that had chit to do with the topic..It's oviouse his team still active.So Dave aint that bad of man. Cause I woulda kicked his az- to the curb.And if ya thought his threads where so much more interest Conrad.Go git the site info from T&L to go see.I got e-mail from Mark Becker and he revolted at the thought that Rio even mentoining his name.And thats a cool site.http://www.anomieacres.com/

Any of you Thunder Regs have Prince at the top of your list of favorite artists? Saw Tom Jones last night (isn't he like 100 years old now) doing a cover of a Prince song. You Thunder Reg Prince fans keep that in mind as you make you team selections for Talladega.
And DDDC, we know you are really a Celine Dion fan. It's ok to come out of the closet. |
