Fantasy Thunder fans show your favorite driver your support.
My company is hosting a cooking competition at Pocono Raceway this summer called The Crew Chef Challenge. The event is a contest for NASCAR team members to display their hidden culinary talents. We will also publish a cookbook called Tastes of Victory to complement the event. The book will contain the Crew Chef entries and have asked race fans to contribute their favorites as well. Lori Munro of www.war-wagon.com, not sure if you are familiar with her work, has designed the logo and the dividers artwork. We have created some unique categories such as Gas and Go for appetizers and drinks, We can make that pit stop it 13.8 seconds for quick easy meals etc. The original artwork is terrific and the book will be officially licensed. A portion of the event and book proceeds will be donated to Victory Junction Gang Camp. Fans please contribute a recipe or two for the book. Each recipe entry will include the creators name, hometown and favorite driver, you can enter online at www.racesports.net and it is free.
Thank you for your support.

I don't know that it's my favorite recipe, but it is 1 of the couple 2 or 3 that I have: Scramble 4 to 5 eggs, 1/2 way thru cooking, pour in 1 can of drained spinach. Chopped or leafy. Upon pouring into plate, apply vinegar.
