Cutie Pie Pitbox Wins At Talladega,
Takes Lead In Kelly Cup Chase
Thelma Louise's Cutie Pie pit box leads the way at Talladega with the True 42's coming in 2nd, Newman 3rd, #29 Happy Harvick 4th and Dale Jarrett Fans 5th. In the BFG v. Thunder Regular contest the BFG comes in 8th, T-Regs 14th.
With the Cutie Pie's win at Talladega they take over the lead in the Quest For The Kelly Cup and this marks the first time a pit box other then the Great Northwest or Fantasy Thunder Players has led. The Fantasy Thunder Players drop to 2nd and the Great Northwest drops to 3rd followed by the Johnsons in 4th and the
Bevers in 5th. The Jr. Rocks pit box which had been in 3rd place going into Talladega, despite their drivers win, drops to 6th. The biggest gain goes to the True 42's who jump 6 spots from 19th to 13th and the biggest drop goes to Penske whose last place finish at Talladega drops them 5 positions from 11th to 16th.
In the BFG v. Thunder Regular battle both teams maintain their standings with the BFG in 7th and the T-Regs in 21st, aka 2nd to last. T-Reg member Speedbump said in regards to the T-Regs disasterous performance since Indygate, "To me S#!+ is S#!+, no matter how you say S#!+!!" BFG member Thelma Louise, who sources say is currently under investigation for her part in a mass beguiling, was unavailable for comment.
