In recent weeks the state of Flordia has been plagued by Hurricanes, hopefully the worst has come and gone.

Being a family here at Thunder, I understand one of our Family members has suffered extensive loss, (thank goodness no human injuries) InTiMiGaToRs-(Laurel Hansmann) In chating with Heavy Chevy on-line today, we thought it would be a great idea for our Thunder family to help out one of our own.

Being a self-employeed person myself, and in the construction field- to lose my home and most of my belongings would be devistating.

So, We are asking all who can to make a small donation to help The Hansmanns.
Mail all donations to:
Fantasy Thunder
c/o InTiMaGaTors
P.O. Box 429
Greenacres, Wa 99016-0429

Dave has been generious, as usual and donated $100.00-
Please write on the check in memo: either Hansmann or InTimAgAtors
After two weeks Dave will lets us all know the total and mail the Check to the Hansmanns...

I am sure this will not re-build a home for the Hansmans- But, I firmly believe every bit will help get back on their feet.

Thanks to all who help out---

Edit--Edit-- One more week----Then Dave will send the Check...

Lucky you! Now, if only the rest of the population understood that ONLY citizens of the United States, or those citizens of the United States of America who volunteer to pay the tax (which you did when you were forced to get a social security number, a system which is voluntary!), are required to pay the federal income tax. Hint: The United States and the United States of America are not legally the same thing.
Up until the early 1990's I never really understood the American Indians sovereignty issue but then I got involved in the patriot and militia movement and discovered not only what it was all about, but also discovered what the government had done to the American Indian they were now doing to everyone else. That's part of the reason why the government and the media demonized the patriot and militia movement in the mid to late 1990's. Just about everything you saw, heard or read about patriots and militia's was false and designed to destroy the movement and our educational efforts, and one of those false stories was OKC bomber McVeigh being connected to a militia.

Do they have children? If they do have children, how old and did they lose their toys or other possessions?

First of all I would like to thank everyone for the Prayers, kind words, well wishes and concern. For those of you whoe-mailed me with well wishes and offers of help, THANK YOU ! from the bottom of our hearts. We have not had time to answer the e-mails, but will has time permits. It is truly humbling, and I am taken back by all the great people here. This is by far and away

THE BEST DARN FANTASY GAME ON THE NET!
with the
BEST DARN FOLKS ON THE NET!

To update you on our situation, by the grace of GOD our family is fine. We evacuated to Lake Park, Ga. the day before Ivan hit. We stayed there for 3 days. When we returned, we found our house and property had not faired to well. We had 4 large pines and 2 huge oak trees down, 2 of which landed on our home. The trees put some pretty large holes in the house which in return allowed the heavy rain and wind to wreak havoc on everything in the house. We were without power water and phone until the day before yesterday. (boy does that stink)

We have since salvaged all we could from the house, cut up all the trees and covered the home with tarps provided by FEMA. I think the hardest part of this all, was watching the wife and son when they would pick something up of theirs that was ruined... and see the tears and hurt in their eyes. The rest I could deal with... but that really hurt me.

Along with all you great people we have also found that there are many great people in the world. We had neighbors, friends, family and complete strangers lined up by the dozens helping us get the house livable and cutting up trees. I was overwhelmed. We truly need to give thanks to the good Lord for being blessed to live in such a great country.

GOD BLESSAMERICA!

It is going to be a hard long haul, but we are on our way back!

YOU DIDN'T WIN IVAN!

A friend of mine has loaned me his laptop until we can get a new computer. Although my time will be limited, I am going to try and keep up with my teams. I wont however be able to join the Chase for the Cup Charity game as money is very tight now. This has been very costly to us with out being able to work for 2 weeks and having to buy a generator, wood, ice, eating out till we got power and water, etc, etc, etc.

I sure hope FEMA and our insurance company get off there ..... and get here soon!

Sorry I got so winded here. Again thank you to all. Hope to chat with some of you soon.

GaToR

P.S. Have any of you ever had to eat MRE's? Sure hope not! Hope I never have to again!

I am at a loss for words. I truly do not know what to say. To just say thank you, would in no way be enough. This has been a real trying time for our family, but all the love and help from God, friends, family and even strangers has really been our strength and saving grace. You people here truly are some wonderful folks.

I just cant seem to find the right words to say thank you the way I would like to, and really do not even know that I ever could. The many emotions I am feeling right now are very overwhelming.

The best I can do right now is.. GOD BLESS YOU ALL, and THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

To answer your question Drafter, we have 1 son living at home. He is 18 and going to a local junior college.

Again.... God Bless and thank you all!

18 is a bit too old for what I had in mind. I inherited my mothers home 13 years ago where she had a daycare business and still have some of the toys and preschool stuff.
