OK Teams, would anyone be interested in playing a Thunder Victory Junction Camp Charity Deal.......how it would work is Teams will need to purchase a Chase Team here, (once sign-up is opened, according to Dave cost will be Low around $12), as well as send $20.00 as a donation/Entry to the overall Charity and Prize fund To Fred & Barney, Who will be assisting me with this deal. The Breakdown of the $20.00 entry will be 60% will be going to VICTORY JUNCTION, (Plus a Donation from Dave at Thunder of $5.00 per team Purchased towards VJGC, who will be joining this Challenge). 25% going to Challenge overall winner, and 15% going to Challenge 2nd place team, Plus Dave will be donating (two) ONE Race entries for the 2008 Bud Shootout for 3rd overall, and to the 4th Place overall will win One, free entry for the 2008 Bud Shootout. (Notation if most of you would like to run this similar to the One Race Challenges we can talk about that as well, but would rather keep all participating teams in ONE PIT BOX, so all teams can easily see where they stand compared to all other participating teams, after all this is not a PIT BOX CHALLENGE, but a Charity deal)!!!
Now if you are interested this is what you will need to do other then the signing up for a team, (or teams if you wish, but for any additional teams you wish to enter in this challenge you will need to send just $15 towards the Charity/Prize funds), here and then you will need to go to the "2007 VICTORY JUNCTION Charity" Pit Box, and wait till Fred and Barney (Blaine) gets your funds ( WITH YOUR TEAM [S] Names) and then your team(s) will be shown as accepted, and for those who are shown as waiting acceptance the $20.00 Entry/Donation has not arrived yet. Scoring will be automatically done by the Thunder scoring system, and all teams can see where they stand at any time they wish, by going to the Charity Pit Box and check out their scoring, no board postings will be required, Other then maybe a few congratulatory ones!!!
Now as to not get the feeling of having a competition between Thunder and other Place, Fantasy Thunder has in the Past years been doing various Charity deals, so this is in NO WAY the first one, and in NO WAY is this to be considered anything other then a great way to contribute to one of the OFFICIAL NASCAR CHARITIES, and for all of us in General have a good feeling about assisting some one's child in having a fun week and a time for them to not worry about their Respective conditions!!!!

No, not yet Ox. Tunes will be back from hiatus sometime tomorrow. I've sent him a note to make it a top priority to get this done.

I've never played the CHASE game here, but I'm sure I can figure it out - if time allows! At minimum I'd like to sign up a team and contribute to the great cause.
If I understand the process correctly ....I'll enter my team in the contest here and I'll send $20 to F&B. I'll submit my team in the 2007 Victory Junction Charity Pitbox.
So count me in. I don't think I still have F&Bs mail addy. I know Blaine is up in Maine but I need more than that to send the bucks.
If I could be notified in the form of a 'bill' and where to send it that would be great.
